Definitely! Mr. Nguyễn himself searched through the archives and libraries in Russia, where he has been living in exile for forty years. After the fall of the communist regime in Russia, all archives and libraries under the new system were open to public. Despite of this favorable access, a tiny part of what  should be found has been brought to light. What Mr. Nguyễn has in his book reflects some of this tiny part. As the first Vietnamese pioneer who has been assiduously searching through the those information storages, Mr. Nguyễn provides the reader with documents which the later historeans might find them valuable references when studying or writhing about the history of the Vietnamese Communist Party (VCP).
